Hello neighbors -
I hope your new year is off to a great start! My name is Bill Smith, and I am the new neighborhood association president.
I was born in Green Bay and graduated from Preble High School. I lived away from the area for five years in Atlanta and a stint on the western side of the state. I am proud to say NE Wisconsin is one of the best places to live.
My wife, Susan, and I live on the corner of Canyon Bluff and Alpine with our two Golden Retrievers. You may see us walking around the neighborhood often. I wanted to be the president of our association because I like bringing people together and I want to help ensure our neighborhood is a safe and fun place to live!

Our neighborhood association loves creating moments where we can slow down and really get to know the people living around us. Whether it’s a casual outdoor event, a shared meal, or a simple social gathering, these events give us a chance to put faces to names and build real connections. Little by little, spending time together turns our neighborhood into a place that feels friendly and welcoming to all.
